Two hormones in one cream.
Most hormone therapy is a patchwork: an estrogen patch, a progesterone pill, sometimes a separate vaginal cream. This folds two core hormones into a daily pump.
01 · ESTRADIOL
The estrogen that drives the symptoms
Bioidentical estradiol addresses the whole cluster: hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, mood, dryness, brain fog.
02 · MICRONIZED PROGESTERONE
The partner that protects the uterus
Anyone with a uterus who takes estrogen needs progesterone. Bundling it removes the second prescription and the second decision.
03 · VAGINAL DELIVERY
Systemic absorption, liver bypassed
Applied to vaginal tissue for absorption into the bloodstream without first-pass liver metabolism.

WHAT TO ACTUALLY EXPECT
Fast enough to feel. Slow enough to hold.
Early changes arrive inside the first month. The deeper ones take a few months, which is why your provider checks your dose around month three.
DAY 1
A simple start
No labs needed to begin. One pump, once a day.
WEEKS 2 TO 4
Sleep, mood, comfort
The first things women notice. Usually the symptom you searched for at 3 a.m.
MONTHS 3 TO 6
Energy, skin, metabolism
Deeper shifts. Your provider reviews your dose at month 3 or 4.
YEARS
Ongoing care
Hormones don’t come back on their own. This is maintenance, not a goal you reach and leave.
Onset windows reflect published patient guidance for systemic hormone therapy; individual response varies. No claims of cure or guaranteed outcome.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get started?+
Fill out a short intake, get matched with a licensed provider, and get your protocol reviewed. Most people are done in a few minutes. You're not charged until a provider approves treatment.
Is this safe and legal?+
BaselineRx works with US-licensed providers and a registered 503A compounding pharmacy, within telehealth regulations. State eligibility is confirmed during your intake, and a provider will decline to prescribe if treatment is not appropriate for you.
What does "compounded" mean, and is it FDA-approved?+
Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you by a licensed pharmacy. They are not FDA-approved in the same way as commercially manufactured drugs, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality.
How do I know what is actually in the vial?+
Every batch is third-party tested by an independent lab for potency, purity and sterility. You can pull up the certificate for your exact lot number.
Do I need lab work?+
Not to start your intake. Your provider will tell you during review whether a panel is needed, and a follow-up panel at around three months is recommended. Lab work is billed separately.
Do you take insurance?+
We do not bill insurance. Pricing is flat and upfront so there are no surprise claims.
How is my order shipped?+
Discreetly, cold-chain where required, directly to your door. Shipping is free on every plan.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION+
Hormone therapy has risks, including blood clots, stroke, and breast and uterine cancer. These depend on your age, time since menopause and health history, and your clinician will review them with you. It's generally not for women with a history of breast or uterine cancer, blood clots, stroke, heart attack, liver disease or unexplained vaginal bleeding, or who may be pregnant. Report any unexpected bleeding. Velora is compounded and not FDA-approved.
